Certainly I would expect them to be better if you are way over the hit cap. Another thing about MaxDPS and similar gear spreadsheet-type tools; the relative gear rankings change when you input your actual stats.

Myself, I’m using Sudden Reprisal because that’s what I have. I am currently WAY under the Hit cap, although the chances of running a 25-man with no Draeni seem slim.

I might have to take up fishing myself for the same reason – I bought some 40STR fish recently (Dragonfin Filet, I think?), but it would be better to catch my own.
