I gotta go with Stoico on gylphs. Glyph of Cons is a must. It reduces the number of GCD clashes we have to manage. efficient clash management wins games.

I go full throttle with J,CS,DS,Cons,Ex and never had mana issues. I have so much mana that I’m thinking about switching to Glyph of Piss Away Mana.

I use none of em, and have no mana issues in 25 man. Can have a few in 10 man on low healing fights. <br/>But I would recommend the glyph on Con. Not for the mana issue, even though its nice. Glyph of Seal of Blood is worded badly, it actually only gives you an extra 1% (10% of 10 is 1), for a total Spiritual Attunement of 11%.<br/><br/>Glyph of Spiritual Attunement gives a straight 2% bonus, for a total Spiritual Attunement of 12%.
